I'm not sure what is happening but I'm back to waking at around 5.30 - 6 yet feeling totally refreshed. This means I met my first "Did you see the Liverpool Echo yesterday?" query at 8.10 this morning, as I parked the car. I've now got an early AND a late edition of the same paper.
