Bah.

I've got the first load of washing into the machine and so the spring cleaning begins.

I'm trying to set a vacation message for work but the whole of the Liv webspace seems to be down. I hope it's fixed in the next hour or so because my attention will have wandered since then and I'll never get the message done.

Haircut!

Finally succumbed to the lure of the scissors and put my split ends out of their misery. Although the haircut is very good I have a problem in that the girl who cut it was obviously insane. To the point that she was bouncing round behind me to "Jump" in poor foundation garments. She was a fair bonny lass, too.

What to do? Ask for Lindsey next time I go and suffer the rude wandering away, the dancing round the store and the scary mood swings, or find someone else. Decisions, decisions.

Today's discovery is that Bootle Strand does not have a copious supply of goats cheese or ciabatta so it's Caesar Salad for lunch today and the quest will continue tomorrow.

Maul finally arrived at the library so I picked it up (it would have been rude not to, they bought the copy for me!) and I'll be hitting it after Quicksilver. Only 250 pages to go...

There goes the first day of my working holiday...
