I decided this morning to try and think of ten bad habits to break and ten good habits to develop. Then I decided I might go for a list of three each instead and aim to strike one off each month and add a new one, meaning ten over a year. So to start me off...

.. washing dishes before I go to bed
.. climbing the stairs in work, yes, even at 8 a.m.
.. eating a banana at break again

and Stop..
.. eating more than one packet of crisps each day
.. using the lift in work
.. putting off writing my trip report.

I think the stairs one is very good one. It's a good free workout for your heart. (I always use stairs at conventions to try and balance out the general lack of exercise)

It's quite a big staircase but I shouldn't use that as an excuse.

I've made my sparkpeople "other goals" things like "go to bed before 11". But I've been thinking I need something more suited to my circumstances. And the "stop" idea is good.

mmmmmm, goes aways with thunks .....

It's difficult. I know that I shouldn't be looking at negative goals but I like the seesaw idea.
