Proper snow.

It has snowed this year already but it was the sort of wimpy snow that settles on hailstones and turns to ice in a day. Last night's fall has drifts and everything. The BBC weather page tells me that it is going to start raining from midday so I hope the kids make the most of it while it lasts.

Today I really am going to clean the bathroom. I don't care that it's now -2 in there.

Heee.

Patsy has just taken about five steps out of the door and come straight back in again. I'd show you the photos to prove it but my cable is in work.

I see the forecast has been revised now. It's going to snow until after 3 at least. On with the wellies!

You'll be pleased to know that the cat has been out and about and, I hope, taken care of her toilette. :)

I decided to walk to the Pads for lunch and go to Netto for a few bits of veg I needed. I got moderately snowballed - the kids I didn't know mostly missed and I didn't mind getting covered by the kids I did know. Netto didn't have everything I wanted but I did get carrots and so when Alex and I built a snowman he had a proper nose. It was just a bit cold and sleety to properly enjoy the snow.

I can't wait to sit in front of the fire and watch Crufts tonight.
