Wrestling in treacle!

So tired. I really shouldn't have gone to the pub last night - I thought a couple of hours wouldn't kill me but I guess I should have gone to bed earlier last night.

My morning coffee, far from perking me up, has left me feeling really sick. Once again this week I want to curl up and go back to sleep.

I've booked a day return to London. I wish this had perked me up more but I still want to go back to bed.
