On the 17th February I placed an order with Original Organics for a wormery. At the time I entered my workplace as the delivery address.
On the 19th February I had an email from them telling me that my order had been dispatched and would be with me in the next few days.
On the 27th February, after giving them a week, I emailed them to tell them there was no evidence that delivery had been attempted. At this point I noticed that the invoice had my home address as the delivery point.
On the 3rd March I emailed them again complaining that I'd had no response to my email.
Just now I've tried to ring them. Nobody is answering the phone. What on earth do I do now?
